John and I worked together on three wineries, the first being that Carlton Winemakers Studio, which began an amazing collaboration for a new partnership. The building was constructed in six months opening just in time for harvest in 2002. His penchant for detail and organization never failed. A fine and loyal friend to so many, my wife Kirsten and I are grateful for his life. He built a home for us that constantly reminds us of his skill and kindness.
